John Chipps, Founder and CEO of CTC, is a seasoned strategic and operations focused business executive with an accomplished track record of design, development and delivery of cost-effective, high-performance information technology applications, products and services. With a discerning focus on effective process and change management, John brings extensive experience in establishing highly effective teams, processes and methodologies.

John started CTC after more than 20 years of progressive Technology experience including over 15 years of operations and technology executive leadership experience in the Financial Services, High Tech, Human Resource and Transportation industries. John recruits and retains highly talented, motivated software engineers with advanced degrees in mathematics, computer science and engineering.

Prior to CTC, John served as Chief Information Officer and Executive Manager for Xpressdocs, Batrus Hollweg International, HD Vest Financial Services, Giggo.com and epicRealm.  Operations Manager for EDS, and consulting positions with Texas Instruments, Lennox International, and Microsoft Corporation.

John received his Master of Science degree from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ambassador University. He also holds all major Microsoft certifications including MCSE+I, MCDBA, and MCSD.
